Questions owners ask us

What does Estagrow do?

Estagrow Solutions is an accounting, GST and tax firm founded in 2016 with offices in Kochi and Kannur. We keep monthly books, file GST and income tax returns, prepare TDS returns, and provide virtual CFO and internal audit support for small and mid-size businesses.

Which businesses do you work with?

Our clients include hospitals and clinics, travel agencies, plywood and building material businesses, and retailers, with annual turnover from about ₹3 lakh to ₹150 crore. We also work with owners based in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar who need India accounting and tax handled.

Where do you work?

We serve businesses across Kerala, in Bangalore and in the Gulf, and most of the work is done online. You can also meet us at our Kochi or Kannur office.

What happens in the free books review?

We look at your last three months of books, check your GST returns against them, review TDS and payroll filings, and list the gaps we find with what it would cost to fix them.

How do you charge?

Monthly retainers have an agreed monthly fee based on transaction volume, number of entities and the reports you need. One-off work is quoted in advance. You get the scope and fee in writing before any work starts.

I live in the Gulf. Can you handle the accounts and tax for my India business?

Yes. A large part of our client base is in the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The work is done online, and we act on your authorisation for filings and returns.

What is the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?

Bookkeeping is recording your transactions accurately, day by day. Accounting uses those records to prepare statements, GST and income tax returns, and the analysis behind them. We do both under one written scope.

When are GST returns due each month?

For regular monthly filers, GSTR-1 is due on the 11th and GSTR-3B on the 20th of the following month. Businesses under the quarterly scheme (QRMP) have different dates, and the government sometimes changes due dates, so we confirm the schedule for your registration.

When are TDS returns due?

Quarterly TDS returns are due by 31 July, 31 October, 31 January and 31 May, for the quarters ending June, September, December and March. TDS deducted is usually deposited by the 7th of the following month.

What do I need to send to get started?

Your last three months of bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, your GST returns, and TDS and payroll filings if you have them. We confirm the exact list with you on WhatsApp.
