These terms apply when you book and pay for a consultation on estagrow.com, and when you use this website. By booking or paying, you accept them.

What we provide

A paid consultation is an online one-to-one discussion with an Estagrow consultant on accounting, GST, income tax and related business matters, based on the information you give us. It is not an audit, a legal opinion or investment advice, and we do not guarantee any tax, financial or legal outcome.

Monthly retainers and other work are separate services. Their scope and fee are agreed in writing before work starts and are not covered by these terms.

Booking and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you pay applies to that booking.

Payment is made through a secure third-party payment gateway. Estagrow does not see or store your card or bank details. Your booking is confirmed only after the payment is successful and we message you to confirm the time.

Scheduling

You choose a preferred weekday and time when you book. After payment we confirm the slot on WhatsApp within one business day, or offer the nearest available time if your choice has been taken. Sessions are held by video call. A link is sent before the session.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate and complete information, and share the documents you want us to look at before the session.
Join on time. A late start shortens the session and does not extend it.
Do not record the session without our written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the consultation, except where the law requires us to disclose it.

Limit of liability

Our advice depends on the information you give us and on the law as it stands on the day of the session, which can change. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a consultation is limited to the fee you paid for it.

Intellectual property

The content of this website and any notes or action lists we send you remain the property of Estagrow. You may use the notes for your own business but may not resell or publish them.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you pay applies to your booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have first tried to settle it with you in good faith.
