Service Delivery Policy

Our consultations are delivered online. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery charges or courier delays.

How the service is delivered

Each session is a one-to-one video call with an Estagrow consultant. We send the call link by email and WhatsApp before the session.

Timelines

Slot confirmation on WhatsApp: within one business day of successful payment.
Session: on the weekday and time you chose once we confirm it, or the nearest alternative we offer.
30-minute consultation: key points by email shortly after the call.
60-minute business review: written action list by email within 2 business days of the call.

If something goes wrong

If we do not contact you within one business day, or the session or notes are not delivered as described, write to estagrow@gmail.com or message +91 90485 59911 on WhatsApp. Refunds are handled under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

What you need

A phone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and the ability to join a video call, and the documents you want us to review, shared before the session.
