What does a startup need to set up on the finance side?
Usually a registered company or firm, a PAN and bank account, GST registration where required, a bookkeeping system, and a calendar of monthly and quarterly filings. We confirm the list for your business.
Should I register a private limited company, an LLP or a proprietorship?
It depends on whether you plan to bring in outside money, how many owners there are, your tax position and how much compliance you are ready to handle. We explain the options in writing before you decide.
Can you handle a very small startup?
Yes. Our clients range from about Rs 3 lakh to Rs 150 crore in annual turnover. The monthly fee depends on transaction volume and the reports you need.
Can I start with a one-time setup and add monthly accounting later?
Yes. Setup and monthly work are quoted separately, and the scope is written down before work starts.
Do you also do payroll?
Yes. Payroll with PF and ESI filing is available when you start hiring.
Can you prepare reports for banks and investors?
