Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers the paid consultations sold on estagrow.com. It is designed to be simple and fair to both sides.

Cancelling or rescheduling a session

Cancel at least 24 hours before the session: full refund.
Ask to reschedule at least 12 hours before the session: one free reschedule.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the session: no refund, but we will reschedule once if you tell us at least 12 hours before.

Before we confirm your slot

If you have paid but we have not yet confirmed your slot, you can cancel at any point and get a full refund.

If we cancel or cannot deliver

If we cancel, miss or cannot hold the session, you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule. If a technical fault on our side stops the session, we reschedule it free or refund you in full.

After the session

Once the session has been held, the fee is not refundable. If you believe it was not delivered as described, write to us within 3 days of the session. We will review it and may refund the fee in full or in part.

If you do not attend

If you do not join and do not tell us beforehand, the session is treated as delivered and the fee is not refundable.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but you did not get a confirmation, or you were charged twice, send us the payment reference. We will refund the extra or failed amount.

How to ask for a refund

Email estagrow@gmail.com or message +91 90485 59911 on WhatsApp with your name, phone number and payment reference. We reply within one business day.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it.

Other services

Retainers and other work are covered by the written scope and fee agreed for them, not by this policy.
